Family/Group Paddleboard Tours

What to expect

Enjoy a day of paddleboarding with your family or friends (up to 6 people), along a beautiful stretch of coastline or estuary. We will plan the day with you in advance, agreeing the type of experience you are looking for, your preferred date, location and route. This tour is not suitable for complete beginners, you'll need - A reasonable level of fitness - Ability to stand up and paddle on your board - Comfort in the water if you fall from your board On arrival you will meet your guide and be fitted with your equipment. We will provide each person with a Red paddleboard, paddle, helmet, buoyancy aid, leash and waistband, dry bag (for your snacks and spare clothing), waterproof phone pouch, and waterproof cag (on cold or rainy days), or you are welcome to use your own equipment provided it is in safe condition and seaworthy. If required, you can also hire a wetsuit from us for a small additional fee. After a short safety briefing, and basic instructions on how to use the equipment, we will get on the water. All our paddleboard tours are run by a Paddle UK-qualified SUP Coastal Leader and are usually run in sheltered conditions. You will need to bring clothing and footwear (will get wet), snacks, drinks and a packed lunch. We will stop for breaks on the way, but will need to be self-sufficient from launch. Children aged 14+ are welcome, but we do need at least one responsible adult (aged 18+) per group (or two adults where there are three or more children).
